IT System Engineer, Woodbridge, NJ - The Systems Engineer requires an individual with experience in design, operation and management of complex data and voice networks. The position entails leadership in the design of future networks as the company grows, including capacity planning, improvements and maintenance of network infrastructure and related components.
IT Help Desk Associate - Ensure successful resolution of issues involving desktop, hardware and software so that end users can accomplish business tasks. Resolve end user help requests within established policies and procedures.
Branch Manager - Rahway, NJ - Responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch office including operations, product sales, customer service, and security and safety in accordance with the Bank's objectives. Provide a superior level of customer relations and promote the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation. Develop new deposit business. Achieve individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationships. Participate in community affairs to increase the Bank's visibility and to enhance new and existing business opportunities.
Branch: Customer Service Representative - Provide Northfield customers with assistance in the Customer Service Area, opening new accounts, assisting with problems related to existing accounts and make product–related recommendations through the use of cross-selling bank products and services.
Branch: Head Teller - Assist Operations Manager with the supervision of the Teller area. Act as first level Supervisor, assisting all Tellers with job-related questions and the coordination of all sales related actions.
Branch: Teller - Provide exceptional customer service, including prompt and accurate transaction processing, with focus on establishing new customer relationships and retaining and growing existing customer relationships.
Credit Analyst - Woodbridge, NJ - Independently evaluate the creditworthiness and risk classification of commercial loan transactions presented for acquisition and renewal. Ensure that the credit decision is compliant with policy and all exceptions are identified. Make recommendations to management regarding the strengths and weaknesses of potential transactions. Document recommendations by preparing a formal underwriting consisting of a narrative report supported by quantitative analysis of financial and credit statements.
