Richard Morris is a Wealth Strategist with Northfield Investment Services. In 2003 Richard and a team of financial professionals at Northfield Bank initiated offering investment services to our customers. Richard has 34 years of extensive experience in Wealth Management and Estate Planning. Richard takes great pride in sharing strategies to help Northfield Investment Services customers pursue their financial goals.

Richard was born in Brooklyn, New York and was a volunteer firefighter at the World Trade Center on 9/11. He is married with two children and when not working enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing with his dogs and playing competitive tennis.

Richard covers the Staten Island, NY region.

Ilan Tsapovski

Senior Wealth Advisor

Ilan Tsapovski has over 20 years of professional financial experience.  In his early career, he was an accomplished analyst and financial writer for TheStreet.com.  Prior to joining LPL and the Northfield Bank program, Ilan served as VP of Wealth Management for Citibank.  There, he specialized in working with families, small businesses, and individuals on custom, holistic wealth management solutions.  Ilan holds the Series 7, 63, 65 and 66 FINRA registrations. through LPL Financial.  In addition, he holds the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP^®) designation.

Having a strong passion for youth sports, Ilan has spent the past 5 years coaching youth basketball at St. Anslem and youth tennis at Brooklyn Tennis Academy, where his 3 sons have also played.

Ilan joined the Northfield program in late 2020, and covers branches in Brooklyn and the Union and Middlesex county market in New Jersey.

Hitesh Patel

Investment Consultant

Hitesh Patel has been an Investment Consultant for over 25 years.  His early career was spent at Wells Fargo Advisors before becoming an Independent advisor in 2009.  Hitesh joined Northfield Investment services in 2022 and helps clients with wealth accumulation, retirement planning and Estate Planning to meet their financial goals.

Hitesh is married with three children and among his passions outside of investments are playing tennis, traveling and cooking for friends and family.  Hitesh works with Northfield branches in Union, Middlesex, and Mercer counties.

Greg Madia

Greg's approach combines in-depth financial analysis with a deep understanding of the entrepreneurial spirit, allowing him to offer insights that go beyond traditional financial advice.

Passionate about fostering growth, Greg works closely with clients to develop comprehensive financial plans that include budgeting, cash flow management, tax strategies, and investment planning.
