Judy Calabrese Promoted to Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources
WOODBRIDGE, NJ February 12, 2015– John W. Alexander, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Northfield Bank, announced today that Judy Calabrese was promoted to Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources.
Ms. Calabrese joined Northfield Bank in April of 2011 as Assistant Director of Human Resources and was promoted to Vice President in 2012. Prior to joining Northfield, she served as Director and HR Business Partner at TIAA-CREF in New York City.
"Judy has been instrumental in the development of our employees and delivers a high level of expertise in all aspects of human resources including employee benefits, compensation, talent management, and employee programs," stated Alexander.
"This promotion reflects the important contributions Judy has made to the team since she joined the bank in 2011 and reflects our commitment to fostering the culture and employee skill sets necessary to support Northfield's growth and continued success," added Steven Klein, President and Chief Operating Officer of Northfield Bank.
Ms. Calabrese is an active member of Society for Human Resource Management and Human Resources Association of New York.
She currently resides in Woodbridge Township, New Jersey.
