Northfield Bank Announces Promotions

WOODBRIDGE, NEW JERSEY, March 2, 2017 – John W. Alexander, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Northfield Bank, announced that:

Tracey Echavarria promoted to Vice President, Residential Lending Officer

Ms. Echavarria joined Northfield in March of 2007 as Assistant Vice President, Residential Lending Manager. Tracey leads Northfield’s Home Equity department and is a key player in supporting the bank’s compliance efforts.

Laurie Guinta promoted to Vice President, Branch Manager of Grasmere Branch

Ms. Guinta joined Northfield in March of 2016 as Branch Manager of the Grasmere Office, located 1158 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, NY. Laurie is responsible for the acquisition of new retail and commercial customers and strengthening existing relationships.

She is an active member of the Verrazano Kiwanis and serves on the board of South Beach Civic Association.

Arlene Cammarano is promoted to Assistant Vice President, Assistant Security Manager

Ms. Cammarano joined Northfield in September of 2003 as Accounting Associate and was promoted in 2013 to Accounts Payable Manager. In November of 2014, Arlene joined the Security Team as Investigative Analysis. Arlene manages Northfields’ check fraud claim process and is instrumental in providing guidance to Branch personnel and the Operations Department in security matters.
