Brian Schoener Joins Northfield Bank as Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer

Northfield Bank, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Northfield Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: NFBK), announced today that Brian Schoener has joined the Bank as Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer for the NJ West Region.   

“Brian enjoys longstanding local and regional ties, and brings a strong background in commercial lending and business banking to Northfield,” stated Andy Zalescik, Senior Vice President, C&I Lending Team Lead.  “Brian has worked with a wide range of clients and industries over his career and will be an asset to our team as we continue to expand our commercial, small business lending, cash management and deposit portfolio in Central New Jersey.”

Mr. Schoener has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry and he joins Northfield from Santander Bank, as well as  TD Bank for 15 years which also include retail banking leadership roles.  Brian is based out of Northfield Bank’s Pennington Office located at 4 Route 31, Pennington, NJ.
